## What this is
Jurisdiction-scoped public records. Two paid SKUs — registered business lookup and VIN decode — on separate URLs. Coverage is whatever the catalog marks live. Do not assume 50-state. Do not assume a history report.

## On the shelf (live)
- Registered business lookup: $0.01 card / $0.005 search. Name search is one jurisdiction per request (`jurisdiction=` omit=US-FL; live siblings in the catalog; unknown empty). Officers/addresses are paid. Thin identity stays free. SOS portals publish dumps; they are not the product name.
- VIN decode is a separate paid SKU. GET /api/v1/vehicles/vin is 402-first $0.005 USDC, Base then Solana, same rails as GET /api/v1/paid/vin. NHTSA live-proxy (DecodeVinValues + cache). Open ymm recalls may join the paid card. Not title, lien, accident, odometer, color, or "repaired." Catalog VIN count is not coverage.
